Lives and works in Guatemala

 

He grew up on a farm on Cerro Alux, close, but not so close to Guatemala City. The departure from a formal academic education from an early age allowed him a development based on experimentation and empirical knowledge, which is translated into the organic inquiries of his current work.

 

He began exhibiting his work recently, with participation in events such as JUANNIO (2021, 2020), Arte En Mayo (2021, 2020, 2019), and Sumarte (El Salvador, 2019). In November 2020 he inaugurated his first individual exhibition, at the Rozas Botrán Foundation. And in February 2021 he received an honorable mention in the TEGG Trama contest, which is called at the Central American level.
